REEDS Jewelers is the largest family-owned jewelry company in America, with more than 80 stores across the southeastern United States. The Wallaby team has worked with REEDS Jewelers since 2012, and been on retainer with them since 2016. Over this time we’ve produced thousands of videos for the company, including award-winning nationally broadcast jewelry and watch commercials, promotional videos, branded content, in-store display videos, proposal assets, grand opening and event recaps, recruitment, training videos, corporate messaging and much more.

NATIONAL WATCH COMMERCIAL
TIME IS THE CURRENCY OF LIFE
This commercial all hinges on the idea that while these watches are incredible works of art and technology worthy of being relied on by scuba divers, race car drivers and others at the top of their field - they are also perfectly at home on the wrist of people who aren’t doing those things. Everyone’s time is important. As the tag line says, “time is the currency of life.”
This project was incredibly fun for the Wallaby team. We had a day filming a Porsche GT4 on a race track we rented out with professional driver Johan Schwartz, who holds the record for the world’s longest drift (seriously, look it up - it’s over 8 hours and unbelievable). We also got to make a high dive pool look like the depths of an ocean, which was an incredibly fun and challenging scene.

2026 Mother’s Day
This is one of our recent commercials for REEDS Jewelers. In the concepting phase we storyboarded out each shot and transition that we would later film to show how seamless shopping for the perfect gift for mom is - both in store and online - at REEDS.
This was our first commercial utilizing our new Alexa35 camera paired with our one of a kind vintage Cooke Speed Panchros rehoused by TLS.
BRAND COMMERCIAL CAMPAIGN
TRUSTED WITH LIFE’S MOMENTS
Starting in 2023, Reeds Jewelers wentt hrough a complete marketing rebrand changing their tagline to “Trusted with Life’s Moments.”
Wallaby was tasked with overhauling Reeds video content with a series of all new commercials. These commercials would air nationally on TV, CTV, social media and various other outlets. Reeds Jewelers wanted to feature unique moments that touched on the power of love, but also how that experience is unique to each and every individual. This was done for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Holiday.
As Wallaby always does when working with any retainer client, the team pitched the concepts, scouted the locations, hired talent and supplied all the crew and equipment. Wallaby also handled all the editing, cutting hundreds of various versions of the new campaign to feature at different times of year. This included various durations, sizes and product features to make sure each video looked perfect regardless of where it was seen.

Valentine’s Day
This is one of our favorite commercials from REEDS Jewelers. It follows a man who goes to great lengths to get a great gift for his wife, but it all falls apart - literally. Turns out, he should have just gone to REEDS. This was not only a fun concept, but we got to work with a ton of great crew and equipment to bring it to life.

REEDS STORIES: JOEY
REEDS wanted to highlight one of their managers at their National Managers Conference. For this project we went to visit Joey in Columbia and got to film him with his associates at work in the store, as well as hanging out with his family. This is a corporate doc that brings to life the story of one of the company’s employees. It has also been used as a recruitment tool.
